What a static PDF misses

A printable list is useful. It is not enough by itself.

1. Hierarchies. Lower HCCs can be suppressed when a related higher HCC is present. Example on the V28 hub: HCC 37 suppresses HCC 38 in the diabetes hierarchy. Both show CNA 0.166 for PY2026, but the member result still depends on the full code set.

2. Exact-code traps. Billable codes can have no V28 payment map. A PDF of the 115 categories will not warn you that I10, I73.9, or I20.9 do not pay under V28.
