Do not share patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, or any combination of identifiers. Strip coding scenarios down to clinical language only.

This isn't the place to sell courses, recruit, or drop affiliate links. Genuine tool recommendations in context are fine.
Discussion is educational
Everything shared is peer-to-peer knowledge sharing. Nobody here is acting as your compliance officer, attorney, or physician.
