Mobile access and support

You can open HCC Buddy in your phone or tablet browser using the same account you use on the web.

iPhone app

HCC Buddy is on the United States App Store. Version 1.0.0 offers free ICD-10-CM and guideline searches, saved codes and account settings with email and password sign-in. Version 1.0.1 adds Ask Buddy, Apple subscriptions, and Google and Apple sign-in. The App Store may offer either version while an update is being reviewed or released.

Account help

Guest reference searches are free. Version 1.0.1 includes three free Ask Buddy turns per day when you sign in. Pro access on the iPhone and website uses the same HCC Buddy account. For website account settings, open your account page. If you cannot sign in, use the password reset option in the app or on the sign-in page. The emailed reset link opens on hccbuddy.com.

For browser or account help, contact support@hccbuddy.com. Include your device, browser and the steps that caused the problem. Keep patient information out of support messages.

If you have access to a private test build, use the instructions supplied with that invitation. A private test is separate from a public store release.
