How do we get team billing?

Will HCC Buddy work alongside our current EMR and encoder?
Yes. Coders open HCC Buddy in a side panel or browser tab while they work in your EMR. Nothing pulls patient data out of the EMR. Teams using other encoders typically run HCC Buddy alongside those tools rather than replacing them outright.
Does the product store chart notes?
New free-text note storage is paused. Existing saved notes remain available for recovery. Review the security and privacy pages before planning your team workflow.
How does billing work for teams?
When team billing is available, one monthly or annual invoice covers the seats. You add or remove coders from the admin view, and pro-rated adjustments appear on the next invoice.
What happens if a coder leaves the team?
When admin seat management is available, the admin removes that seat. You can assign the freed seat to another coder the same day.
