Description RESPONSIBILITIES: The Hospital Outpatient Coder Level II uses clinical coding knowledge, based on the Official Coding Guidelines and AHA Coding Clinic, to assign ICD-9/ICD-10 and CPT codes to the highest level of accuracy for each Ambulatory Surgery, Gastrointestinal, Infusion and Observation encounter.
